Benjamin J. Perry was born on September 26, 1979 in Sibley, Iowa the son of H. John Perry and Brenda Ann(May) Perry. He grew up in the Ocheyedan and Sibley areas and attended Sibley Community Schools.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday April 14, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the United Methodist Church in
Ocheyedan with Rev. Charles Gilbert officiating.

Interment will follow in the Ocheyedan Township cemetery.

Ben had a relationship with Leann Kruger and to this union one child was born.

He then was united in marriage with Theresa Brunk of Brewster, Minnesota and to this union three children were born. The couple later divorced.

Ben was a member of the Worthington, Minnesota Eagles Lodge. He enjoyed the great outdoors and participating in Walleye fishing tournaments.

He was a loving father to his four children and enjoyed spending time with all of his family.

Ben passed away Sunday April 10, 2011 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota of injuries sustained in an auto accident on Thursday April 7, 2011.

He is survived by his four children: Haleigh of George,Iowa, Coleton, Noah, and Eli of Ocheyedan. He is also survived by his parents: Brenda & Brian Howard of Ocheyedan, and John and Audrey Perry of Starbuck, Minnesota; his two brothers Travis and Trevor and his sisters Natasha Micka and Tracy Perry, along with grandmothers Lois May, and Anna Mae Howard.
