If anyone has any information on Eliza Anna Looney or her brother Frank Looney, I would appreciate any correspondence. I know and have record of Eliza Anna Looney/Tompkins marrying my 2nd Great-Grandfather: George Dallas Burkholder and their descendants. What I would like to get is her birth location and information. I have found births referenced to Gouverneur, NY and in Canada. I don't know which is correct nor why. Looking forward to link with others!
