I need to know all information on adoption and birth parents of my Grandmother "Jessie Irene Kelly".

She was adopted by Gilbert H. Allen and Mary Allen of Grandmeadow, MN. They had a daughter already named Jessie so Gilbert and Mary changed her name to "Bessie Irene Allen". I am guessing this was between 11/4/1890 and 1908. I don't know exactly. She was married in 1908. She died in 1918.

I think that the Allens were married in Iowa and their daughter Jessie E. was born there in 1872. The Allens moved to Minnesota in 1900.

I have had no luck at all in finding this info. No one in the family has any information.
