Note: This query was originally posted on the Iowa Orphan Treasures Board in Feb. 2003 -

Looking for any photo of my great-grandmother Lizzie Mejorus Schumacher Thome. Lizzie was an orphan train
rider to Stacyville around 1899 or early 1900's. She died at age 25 and I have never seen a picture of her. Hoping that one exists somewhere.
