DEATH OF JOHN MEYER

John Robert William Meyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Meyer, died Tues. morning at three o'clock at the home of his parents. Death was caused by dropsy and paralysis. The deceased has been a patient sufferer for many years. From the time he was a boy of three or four years his sickness has been of a serious nature. It was only by the use of the best of medical services and close attention by loving hands that his life was prolonged until last Tuesday morning.

The deceased was born June 16, 1892, being the third child of eight born to Mr. and Mrs. Chas. L. Meyer, in infancy he was christened in the German Lutheran church. At the age of thirteen years he was confirmed in the Lutheran faith, being a member of the church at Germantown. His whole life has been spent on the farm with his parents.

Funeral services will be held from the German Lutheran church at Germantown this, Thursday, afternoon, Rev. Potratz officiating. A large circle of friends of the family keenly sympathize with them in this bereavement.
