Services for Louise Shearer

Graveside services were held on Thursday July 5, 1990 at the Prairie View Cemetery in Paullina, Iowa for Louise Shearer 86 of Galesburg, Illinois| formerly of Paullina, Rev. Warren 1 Coe officiated. Gaudian-Eldridjge Funeral Home of Paullina was in charge of arrangements.

Louise Shearer the daughter of William and Marie Kiehl Schroeder was born July 12, 1903 in Paullina, Iowa. She received her education in Paullina schools.

On November 18, 1937 she was united in marriage to Theodore Shearer in Sioux City, Iowa. After their marriage the coupe resided in Paullina.

Her husband preceded her in death on October 15, 1978 in Paullina. She continued to make her home in Paullina until moving to Galesburg, Illinois in 1985. She passed away at a care center in Galesburg on Monday July 2, 1990 reaching the age of 86 years 11 months and 20 days. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in P aullina.

Louise is survived by one daughter Mrs. Mary Higareda of Galesburg, Illinois, three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one sister Mrs. Loretta Thiessen of Hartley also a host of other relatives and friends.
