Dale Adolph Kreibaum, the son of Adolph and Clara Wells Kreibaum, was born April 21, 1937 on a farm near Gaza, where he received his education, graduating from Gaza High School in 1956.

Dale married Beverly Mohror on December 30, 1956 in Peterson, Iowa. Following their marriage, They moved to Lawndale, CA where he worked for a small aircraft company, they moved back to farm north of Peterson in 1963 where he continued to farm until the time of his death. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Pe­terson. Dale loved spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren with whom he went 4 wheeling and snowmobiling with. He also enjoyed traveling, visiting and spending time with his wife and friends having coffee.

Dale passed away at the Baum-Harmon Hospital in Primghar, Iowa on Thursday June 16, 2005 at the age of 68. Funeral services were 11: 00 AM on Monday June 20, 2005 at the United Meth­odist Church in Peterson, Iowa. Pastor Roger Maize officiated. Interment was at the Waterman Cemetery in Sutherland, Iowa. War­ner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Arlys Guetschow.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Kriebaum of Sutherland; one son Ken Kreibaum and his wife Linda of Rossie, IA; one daughter. Barb Rohwer of Primghar, IA, three grandchildren: Chris Kreibaum of Sutherland and Sarah and Matt Rohw­er of Primghar; two brothers and their wives: Roger and Gisela Kreibaum of Steilacoom, WA and Lee and Carolyn Kreibaum of Colorado; one sister, Joyce and Vernon Fintel of Paullina, IA; other relatives and many friends.
