Waldo M. Bonderman, 84, of Primghar died Sunday in a hospital in Primghar.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Churh of Christ in Primghar. The Rev. Beryl Hicks will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Gaudian-Eldridge Funeral Home of Primghar.

Mr. Bonderman was born March 11, 1899, in Archer and attended area schools. He married Grace Johnson in March of 1919. They made their home in Primghar where he was employed by the Illinois Central Railroad for 42 years, retiring in 1964.

He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, Iven of Spokane, Wash., Ray of Olympia, Wash., Howard of Brookfield, Ill., and Dean of Indianapolis, Ind.; one daughter, Mrs. Joyce Clifton of Memphis, Tenn.; one sister, Mrs. Frances Goforth; 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
