George W. Simpson of Merrill, Dies

George W. Simpson, Merrill, formerly of Paullina, died early this week at the home of a daughter at Mayville, N. Dak. He had been there the past month having suffered a stroke.

Funeral services will be held at Merrill today, Thursday, with burial at the Paullina cemetery.

Mr. Simpson was well known here. He had been in the banking business at Merrill for many years.
