Funeral Services Today For Mrs. Vern Stamer

Word was received of the death of a former resident of Sutherland and the Sutherland area, Mrs. Vern Stamer of Round Lake, Minn.

Mrs. Stamer passed away on Monday, September 7. at a Lakefield, Minnesota, hospital, after a long illness. Memorial services will be held at 1:30 this afternoon, Thursday, September 10, at the Bethel Lutheran Church at Round Lake, Minn. Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery at Germantown, Iowa.

Mrs Stamer is survived by her husband and five children: Mrs. Earl Ranson of Ocheyedan; Mrs. Dennis Atz of Omaha, Nebr.: and Larry, Suanne and Valerie, at home. Other survivors are her sisters, Mrs. Delmar Sickelka of Gaza, Mrs. Harold Dau of Sutherland, Mrs. Leroy Holck of Paullina and Mrs. Grant Lage of Audubon, Minn.; and her brothers, Don Ebel of Sutherland and Roy Ebel and Harry Ebel of Granville.
