Mrs. John Tesch Dies At Hospital Friday;
Burial at St. John's

Funeral services were held here
Monday afternoon for Mrs. John
Tesch. A short service was held
at the Gaudian Funeral home
preceding services at St. John
Lutheran church at Germantown.
The Rev. A. E. Vehling officiated.

Mrs. Tesch, who had been afflicted
with a heart condition for
some time, died on October 16 at
Ward Memorial hospital, Primghar.
Her age at the time of her
death was 59 years, one month
and 29 days. Interment was in
the St. John cemetery.

Mrs. Joy Marie Tesch, daughter
of J. Ranson South and Anna
South, was born August 17, 1900
at Leon. Iowa. She was baptized
at Plattsmouth, Nebr. and confirmed
on May 26, 1959 at St.
John Lutheran church by Rev.
A. E. Vehling.

Survivors are her widower,
John Tesch, a daughter, Letha
Everett, two sisters, Kathryn of
River Sioux and Dema of Spokane,
Wash.; three brothers, Guy
South, Marcus; Glenn South of
Dover, Idaho and Troy South of
Anamia, Minn.; 24 grandchildren
and many friends.
