Shannon Casson, 42, Sheldon, died Sunday, July 3, at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
Services will be 7 p.m. Thursday, July 21, at Parkview Assembly of God Church in Sheldon, with Pastor Ken Snyder officiating. Cremation has taken place.
Shannon Casson was born May 7,1969. Her mother died during her early childhood. She attended various schools. She was employed by A&W in Sheldon, Dairy Dandy in Sheldon and Natural Beauty Greenhouse in Boyden. Her hobbies included collecting pigs and dolphins, reading, watching movies, listening to country music, costume jewelry and eating McDonalds french fries.
Survivors include her father, Lewis Casson of Okoboji; a daughter, Ally Lockmiller of Sheldon; a son, Riley; one grandson; and special friend, James Engelkes of Sheldon.
