Aletha Corwin dies in Calif.

Mrs. Walling Corwin (Aletha Ray), 91, of Yucalpa, California died Sept. 27. She is a sister of Mrs. Bessie Shinkle of Primghar and Mrs. John Hawley of Sacramento, Calif., and a cousin of Mrs. Adolph Hagedorn of Primghar.
Aletha Ray Corwin was a graduate of Primghar High School and Nurse’s Training at Ashbury Hospital in Minneapolis, and was employed here at the hospital.
A sister, Gladys Ray, preceded her in death.

Aleathea Ray Corwin, in Loma Linda, California September 27, 1980 loving wife of Wallace Corwin of Yucaipa, California. Oldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. M.M. Ray of Primghar, Iowa. Survived by sisters Bessie Shearer Shinkle of Primghar, Mabel Howley of Sacramento, California, cousin Hazel Hagendorn of Primghar numerous other cousins: two nephews and one neice. Graduate of Primghar schools and the Asbury Methodist School of Nursing, Minneapolis, Minn. Former member of Primghar Methodist Church. Aged 91. Services by Creamation were at Hughes Funeral Home in Yucaipa, California.
