German churches

HEINZE, HEINS, HINES

Does anyone know if there is any information available about which churches existed in the 1850's, '60's and '70's for Muscatine residents who were from Germany?

If so, does anyone know if there might be Baptism, Marriage, Death and Confirmation records available?

I'm looking for a Marriage Record for Charles Hines to a "Barbara" in March, 1853; death record for Barbara from July, 1871; Baptismal and/or Confirmation records for their children, Charles, William, Fred, Louisa, Sophia and Sarah, born between 1857 and 1869.

Also, Charles father, Frederick, and his sister, Sophia Hines/Heinze Ponbeck. I'm not sure if Frederick used the name Heinze, as it was in Germany, or if he used Hines as Charles did after coming to the U.S.A.

If anyone can steer me in the right direction, I would appreciate it a lot. Thank You.
