I am having trouble finding birth records online for 1915. I am looking for my grandpa Jasper Wesley Brown's parents. He was born in Muscatine around 1915. I think his mother was Joy Amanda Brown. She died of influenza in 1918 in muscatine and is buried at Greenwood with everyone else in my family. There has been some question as to whom my great grandparents actually were. If I can find some record of my grandpa's birth, maybe the issue will clear.
