Joy amanda Brown Death

Can someone help me solve this riddle? I am looking for the death (abt. 1919) of Joy Amanda Brown who died in Muscatine of the influenza. She left behind my grandfather Jasper who was then 4. I was told that she and her husband, as well as other browns are buried in Green mound in muscatine, but I can find no evidence of her death, her husband William's death in the 1940's or their burial.
