LOWRY family 1850 thru 1865

I am looking for information on the Patrick Lowry family. They migrate to Muscatine about 1851 and leave for Nebraska in the 1860's.
I especially would like to find the burial site for Mary Lowry who dies around 1862.

migrated to Cardiff, Wales about 1846-47

immigrated to USA through New Orleans about 1851

migrated to Iowa prior to 1855
