Funeral services for Herbert Fick, 76, Wilton, were held at the United Methodist church in Wilton July 16, with the Rev. Paul Pennington officiating. Kathy Luethye was organist. Pallbearers were Carroll Eden, John Nolte, Lorraine Cole, Robert Thede, Lester Windman, Kenneth Windman and Hans Carstens. Honorary pallbearers were Harlan Beinke, Clinton Coder, John Roelle, Phillips Steele, Walter Ryder and Clarence Higgerson. Moose services were held at the funeral home July 15 and burial was in the Muscatine Memorial Park.

Mr. Fick died July 13 at his home in Wilton.

He was born Nov. 11, 1905 in Muscatine county to Chris and Emma Harder Fick. He married Wilma Osborn Aug. 29, 1935 in Rock Island, Ill. and he retired from farming in 1973 and moved to Wilton.

Mr. Fick was a member of Moose Lodge No. 388 in Muscatine and the Legion of the Moose.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma, Wilton; 2 sisters, Mrs. Helen Regennitter, Durant and Mrs. Edna Dall, Wilton. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters and a brother.
