Funeral services for Mrs. John W. England, 74, Muscatine, mother of John England Jr., Tipton, were held at Grace Lutheran church, Muscatine, Aug. 11. Burial was in the Muscatine Memorial park cemetery.

Mrs. England died Aug. 8 at Muscatine General hospital.

Christine Rinderknecht was born in Atkins. She married John England in Dubuque in 1925.

She is survived by her husband, 2 daughters, Mrs. John (Beatrice) O'Reilly, Coshocton, Ohio and Mrs. Robert (Roberta) Diercks, Muscatine; 2 sons, John Jr., Tipton; Fredric, Grinnell and William, Estherville, 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
