Funeral services for Harold O. Lacey, 44, 707 Maiden Lane, Muscatine, were held Oct. 26 at Muscatine with burial in Memorial Park cemetery there. Military rites were conducted at the cemetery.

Mr. Lacey died of a heart attack at his home Oct. 23.

The son of Homer and Ruby Lacey, he was born at Holton, Kans. Nov. 2, 1925 and had lived in Muscatine for 23 years. He was married to Evelyn Kaufmann at the South Bethel church in Cedar county March 22, 1953.

Mr. Lacey was a maintenance foreman at Muscatine Power and Water. He was a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife, a son, Gary and a daughter, Connie, both at home; his father, Homer Lacey, Holton, Kans.; 2 brothers, Darold, Holton, Kans., and Larry, Topeka, Kans. and a sister, Mrs. Robert (Marilyn) Haire, Loring Air Force Base, Maine. He was preceded in death by his mother, 2 sisters and a brother.

Pallbearers were Hilbert Whitmer, Tipton; Herbert Whitmer and Freeman and Fred Kaufmann, Wilton; Ron Ehresman, Marshalltown and Robert Haire of Maine.
