Services for Mrs. Lawrence McKillip, 71, Atalissa, were held at 2 p.m. Jan. 28 at the Christian church in Atalissa. Burial was in the Overman cemetery.

Mrs. McKillip died Jan. 25 at the Iowa City Extended Care center.

Mildred Schilberg was born in Muscatine. She married Mr. McKillip Aug. 1, 1917, at Rock Island, Ill.

Mrs. McKillip is survived by her husband; 2 sons, Lyle and Kenneth, both of Atalissa; a daughter, Genevieve Schlimmer, Atalissa; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Laura Metzger, and Linnie Faulber, both of Muscatine, and Marjorie Buser, Columbus Junction, and 2 brothers, Ralph Schildberg, Gary, Ind. and E. F. Schildberg, Greenfield.
