Shirley M. Bramble, 71, of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Rose Bowl. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Shirley. Shirley Mae Kemp was born on November 2, 1949, in Muscatine, the daughter of Everett “Red” and Mary Frances (Jackson) Kemp. She was united in marriage to Ralph Bramble and later divorce. Shirley worked for Kellor Ladder of several year and the worked for HON where she retired. She enjoyed watching tennis, going to yard sales and the NBA until the retirement of Michael Jordan and Larry Bird, but most of all, she loved to spend time with her family, especially the grandchildren.

Shirley will be deeply missed by her children, Eric Bramble of Muscatine and Jayme Bramble of Dubuque; four grandchildren, Erin, Molly, Madison and Chase; three siblings, Debbie (Ron) Estabrook of Marshalltown, Fran (Dick) Wilson of Eldridge and Connie (Gilbert) Fogerty of Davenport, Florida; sister-in-law, Cherolyn Kemp and several nieces and nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Charlene Kemp and Vera Harvey and two brothers, Gary Kemp and Leonard Kemp.
