Funeral services for Walter Osborn, 84, Atalissa, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21 at the Snider funeral home in West Liberty. Mr. Osborn died Oct. 18 at his home in Atalissa.

Mr. Osborn was married to Anna Denean Feb. 26, 1914. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this year.

He is survived by his wife, 6 daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Wilma) Fick, Wilton Junction; Mrs. John (Dorothy) Voss and Mrs. Charles (Evelyn) Evans, Atalissa; Mrs. Verle (Minnie) Gritton, Tipton; Mrs. Elmer (Gladys) Ehlert, Pella, and Mrs. Mose (Loretta) Whitmer, Durant; a son, Henry, Atalissa; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
