Pauline Tobin

Miss Pauline M. Tobin, 71, of 724 Market Street, died Thursday afternoon at Mercy Hospital here after a short illness.
She was assistant admissions officer at University Hospital from 1919 until her retirement at the end of 1957.
Requiem mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Wenceslaus Church, with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery at Nichols. The rosary will be at 7:30 p.m Sunday at the Donohue Mortuary.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Saturday at the Donohue Mortuary.
Miss Tobin was born at Stuart Aug. 6, 1897, to James and Margaret Griffin Tobin. She came to Iowa City with her parents at an early age.
She was a member of St. Wenceslaus Church.
Surviving are a twin brother, Paul of West Branch; and a sister, Sister Mary St. Margaret of Chicago.
A sister, Sister Mary Martha, died earlier.
