Paul M. Tobin

Paul M. Tobin of Iowa City, died at a West Branch nursing home Saturday night following a long illness.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Mary’s Church in Iowa City. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery at Nichols. A parish and Knights of Columbus rosary will be held at 8 p.m. today, at the Donohue Mortuary. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Tobin was born in Stuart, Iowa, on August 6, 1897, the son of James and Margaret Griffin Tobin. He was a long time resident of Iowa City, a member of St. Mary’s Church, the Knights of Columbus and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was employed at the Post Office.
Survivors include a sister, Sister Mary St. Margaret Tobin of Dubuque.
