Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Reimensnider, 84, a resident of Muscatine for the past 65 years, died at her home, 1017 Oak street, at 10 a.m. today. Mrs. Hild had been in failing health for years, but her illness did not become serious until three weeks ago.
Anna Elizabeth Reimensnider was born in Germany, April 29, 1848. She came to this country in 1867 and had made her home here since. She was married to Henry Hild in Muscatine in 1870. She formerly attended the Evangelical Protestant church.
Surviving are the husband and one son, George Hild, Muscatine. One son died in infancy.
Funeral services will be conducted at the home at 2 p..m. Tusday. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery. The Wittich Funeral Home, 210 Cedar street, is in charge of arrangements. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
