JOHN TURNER

John Turner, a resident of Muscatine for a number of years passed away at the county farm, shortly after 7 o'clock this morning. He had been taken to the home only yesterday and had been there less than a day when death occured. He had been an inmate of the county farm for six months, some time ago. An attack of heart trouble caused his death.

Mr. Turner was about 68 years of age and had resided in this city a great many years. One son, Charles Turner, resides on East Fourth street, this city.

The remains were taken to the N. W. Meyers undertaking parlors this morning, where they are being held, pending funeral arrangements.
