Mrs. Amanda H. Miller, 85, died at 6 a.m. Jan. 25 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Irvin Babcock at Moscow, after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Miller was the daughter of the late Fred and Albertena Schlottach. She was a member of the United Church of Christ.

Surviving are a son, L. F. Miller, Kansas City, Mo.; 3 daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Nora) Ellis, Owensville, Mo.; Mrs. Irvin (Elsie) Babcock, Moscow, and Mrs. Charles (Juda) Babcock, Wilton Junction; a brother, Paul Schlottach of St. Louis, Mo.; 4 sisters, Mrs. Minnie Howard, Moscow, Idaho; Mrs. Flora Dozier, St. Louis, Mo., and Martha and Mrs. Lydia Schlottach, St. Louis; 9 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
