Albert Freeman Peeden, 63, a Muscatine resident for the past 15 years, died Aug. 30 at the Lippelgoes Nursing home at Muscatine.

The son of Robert and Emma Carlysle Peeden, he was born July 7, 1897, at Springdale. He was a former West Liberty resident.

Before retiring, he was associated with the West Liberty Rock Island Express.

Survivors include a half-brother, H. G. Ochiltree, Wilton Junction, and a half-sister, Mrs. Jennie Kephart, Costa Esa, Calif. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 4 half-sisters.
