In this city, on Tuesday, Aug 16, 1881, Mrs. Anna Keiffenheim, in the 57th year of her age.

Mrs. Keifenheim has been sick for some 6 or 7 months, although not all that time confined to her bed. She leaves an only son, Albert, to mourn for the mother gone.

The funeral will take place from the residence of John Welch, South Muscatine, on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited.
