Services for Fred E. Miller, 95, retired farmer and lifetime resident of the Wilton Junction community, were held in Wilton Junction Saturday.
The Rev. Robert Dodder officiated. Burial was in Greenwood cemetery at Muscatine.
Mr. Miller, who died July 19 in Hershey Convalescent home in Muscatine, after three months illness, was born Jan. 17, 1862, in Moscow township, Muscatine county. He married Ida Funk, March 18, 1892, at Pine Mills. She died in 1952.
Surviving are a son, Roy F. Miller, Muscatine; two daughters, Mrs. Fred Gettert, Muscatine, and Mrs. Clarence Cromer, Moscow; four half-sisters, Mrs. Bertha Strohm, Mrs. Gale Steiner, Mrs. Clarence Lake and Mrs. Lillian Miller, all of Muscatine; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
