Oscar Thomas Reynolds, 69, a resident of Muscatine for 43 years and an employee of the local streetcar company for 27 years, 13 years of which he served as track foreman died at the University hospital at Iowa City at 10:27 Friday afternoon.

Oscar Reynolds was born at Grandview, Ia., Aug. 19, 1860. He married Miss Alma Thomas in 1885. She died in 1926. In 1927 he married Mrs. Laura Haifleigh. He was a member of the First Baptist church.

Surviving are his widow; one adopted daughter, Mrs. Herman Milton of Muscatine; one sister, Miss Sarah Reynolds of this city; one step-daughter, Mrs. L. J. Schwanke of Davenport; one step-son K. F. Haifleigh of Muscatine; two grandchildren. Two sisters, two half-sisters; and four brothers preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Fairbanks Home for Funerals at 3 o’clock Monday afternoon by the Rev. Vernon L. Shontz, pastor of the United Brethren church. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
