John Fredrick Kuehl, 74, life-long resident of the Moscow vicinity, died at Mercy hospital, Iowa City, May 11.
He was born Nov. 29, 1884, the son of John and Christina Kock Kuehl at Davenport.
Surviving are 2 brothers, Gust T. Kuehl, Moscow, and Fritz F. Kuehl, Tipton; 3 sisters, Mrs. Annie Irwin, Muscatine, Mrs. John (Mary) Whitmer, and Mrs. Elizabeth Rasse, Moscow. His parents, one sister and 2 brothers preceded him in death.
Services were held at Wilton Junction May 14. The Rev. Robert Dodder officiated. Burial was in the Moscow cemetery.
