Mrs. Anna Nelson, 86, a resident of Muscatine county all of her life, died at her home, 1915 Kansas street, at 10:15 Sunday morning following an illness of 12 weeks with bronchial pneumonia and advanced age.
Mrs. Nelson was born in Seventy-Six township, Aug 23, 1842. She was married to A. L. Nelson and he died many years ago.
Surviving are four children, Abraham, Benjamin, Wiley and Mrs. Ella Kellenberger, all of this county; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Musserville Methodist Episcopal church at 10:15 Tuesday morning by the Rev. V. A. Bloomquist. Burial will be in the Kaiser cemetery in Seventy-Six township. The Wittich Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Tuesday, 23 April 1929, page 9Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Nelson, who died at her home, 1015 Kansas street, were conducted at the Musserville Methodist Episcopal church this morning at 10:15 by the Rev. V. A. Bloomquist. Burial was in the Kaiser cemetery in Seventy-Six township.
Pallbearers were Howard Kallenberger, Charles, James and Grant Smith, Levi, Harold and Herbert Phillips.
