Requiem High Mass was held Jan. 1 at St. Mary's church, Wilton Junction, for James T. Nangle, 86, resident of Wilton Junction for 75 years, who died Dec. 30 at a nursing home in Muscatine. The Rev. Edward O'Hair officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's cemetery.

Mr. Nangle was born May 15, 1871, in Ireland, the son of John and Mary Nangle. He was a member of St. Mary's church at Wilton Junction.

Survivors include two nieces, Mrs. Elmer Steffens of Wilton Junction and Mary Hart of Davenport.

One brother and two sisters preceded him in death.
