Elzie W. Lundy, 76, retired West Liberty farmer, died Tuesday at Mercy hospital, Iowa City, where he had been a patient for 10 days.

A native of Atalissa, Mr. Lundy married Pearl Shetler in 1906.

Surviving are his wife; one son, Alvin of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., and two grandchildren.
