Paralysis is Fatal to Former Resident

Charles Souder Dies Today at Newport, Pa.

Is Survived by Daughters, Mrs. Lee Henning in Muscatine, and Mrs. Walter Erwin of West Liberty.

Charles Souder, a well known former resident of Muscatine, passed away at Newport, Pa. early today, according to word received in this city by his daughter, Mrs. Lee Henning of 608 East Ninth street. A paralytic stroke which he suffered on last Saturday resulted in his demise.

Mr. Souder was well know to a large number of Muscatine people, having resided here for about fifteen years. Accompanied by his wife and family he departed about six years ago for the East. He was fifty two years of age. Aside from his wife he is survived by five children among them being Mrs. Walter Erwin of West Liberty. No arrangements have been made for the funeral.
