ESTELLA METCALF

NICHOLS—Mrs. Estella Metcalf, 85, of Nichols died Sunday afternoon at Hershey Convalescent Home after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Snider Funeral Home, West Liberty. Rev. Noble Bollinger will officiate. Burial will be in Nichols cemetery.
Visitation will begin Tuesday.
Born June 1, 1885 at Cedar Rapids, she was a daughter of Herman and Christina Olson Nelson. She married George Metcalf, Jan. 31, 1907 at Columbus Junction.
Mrs. Metcalf was a member of the Nichols Christian Church.
Survivors are one son, Robert Metcalf of Muscatine; two daughters, Mrs. Christine Viner of Nichols and Mrs. Pearl Demry of Springfield, Mo.; also six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

MRS. ESTELLA METCALF

NICHOLS — Funeral services for Mrs. Estella Metcalf of Nichols, were held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday at the Snider Funeral Home, West Liberty. Rev. Noble Bollinger officiated. Mrs. Helen Millet was organist. Pallbearers were Clarence Hillyer, Lester Hillyer, Robert Hillyer, Bernard Oostendorp, Kenneth Hintz and John Hintz. Mrs. Metcalf died Sunday afternoon.
