M. L. Jameson Dies at Nichols; Funeral Sunday – Nichols – Funeral services for Malcolm L. Jameson, 77, who died at his home in Nichols Friday, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Nichols Christian church , with burial in the Nichols cemetery.
Mr. Jamison was born in Matoon, Ill., Dec. 8, 1863, the son of Ezra and Emaline Jameson, and married Sarah Dean on Feb.8, 1887 in Iowa City. She preceded him in death on Jan. 16, 1938.
Surviving are 10 children, Vernon and Lester of Muscatine; Raymond Jameson and Mrs. Susie Krueger of Lone Tree, and Maude, Ezra, Elmer, Edmond, Oscar and John, all at home; one brother Edmond Jameson of Aurora, Ind.; and three sisters; Mrs. L. D. Hill, Milwaukee, Wis.; Mrs. Will Servoss of Iowa City, and Mrs. Maggie Marshall of LaPorte City Ia; 11 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Three children Minnie, Louis, and Elma, preceded him in death.
