Homosassa, Florida – Maro H. Tomasson, 79, died Sunday, July 4, 1993, at his residence in Homosassa where he had lived for the past four years.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wilder-Fountains Funeral Home in Homosassa Spring, Florida.

He was a cabinet maker by trade. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Faith Lutheran Mission of Homosassa

Survivors include his wife, Eatherl E.; two daughters, Cherie A. Hite of Homosassa and Orlyn Stowe of Atlanta, Georgia; two brothers, James Tomasson and Lloyd Tomasson, both of Muscatine; two sisters, Norma Schwitzer and Wilma Rock, both of Muscatine; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
