West Liberty, Iowa – Services for Virginia S. Schneider 80 of West Liberty, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Barker Funeral Home, West Liberty. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, West Liberty. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.

Mrs. Schneider died Friday, Sept. 10, 1999, at her home in West Liberty.

Virginia Bennett was born April 30, 1919, in West Liberty. She married Leroy Schneider in 1937 in Muscatine. He died in 1997.
Survivors include a son, Samuel, West Liberty; three grandchildren; four great-grandsons; and a brother; Donald Bennett, Florida.

Leroy Schneider

Leroy Schneider, 83, died Monday, March 10, 1997, at the Simpson Memorial Home in West Liberty after a short illness. He was born 8 January 1914.

Services are pending at the Barker Funeral Home.
