Garry Lee Carney, 4 years 11 months, died in his sleep early this morning at the home of his parents, 1113 1/2 Oregon Street, Muscatine. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy L. Carney, Garry Lee was born June 9, 1957 in Muscatine.

His father is employed here by Kent Feeds.

Survivors, in addition to the parents, are three sisters, Jareen, 6, Tracey, 2, and Barbara, 6 months; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Carney of Conesville and the maternal grandmother Mrs. F. O. Pallischeck. he was preceded in death by one brother.

Funeral services will be heald at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic church. The body is now at the Riley funeral home. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
