Mrs. Lou L. Worthey, 56, a former resident of Wilton, was found dead in her car off an Albuquerque, N. M. freeway, Sept. 22, the victim of an apparent homicide.

Mrs. Worthey was the former Mildred E. Rexroth and was born at Wilton march 25, 1918, the daughter of Edward and Anna Zeppenfeld Rexroth.

Funeral services were held Set. 25 in the garden chapel of French Mortuary in Albuquerque. Mrs. Worthey has resided in Albuquerque for the past 21 years.

She married Lou Worthey Sept. 5, 1955. Mrs. Worthey was a registered nurse and had recently retired from Veteran’s hospital in Albuquerque.

Surviving are her husband; a twin sister, Mrs. Eldon (Margaret) Walther of Sigourney; and her brother, Edward Rexroth of Bloomingdale, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
