MRS. SARAH MARGARET ETTER

Mrs. Sarah Margaret Etter, 31, died at her home, 514 Monroe Street at 4:40 Tuesday afternoon, after a short illness.

Mrs. Etter was born in Davis (sic-Daviess) County, Mo., Nov 11, 1849 (sic-1894), the daughter of Thomas and Sarah Clevenger. She had made Muscatine her home for about 13 years. She was married to Samuel F. Etter, April 19, 1914, at Letts, Ia. She was a member of the Letts Methodist Episcopal Church.

Surviving are her husband; seven children, Marie, Amy, Harry, Bert, Margaret, Mildred, and Samuel R. Etter; one sister, Mrs. Roy Axtell of Fruitland township.

The body was taken to the Hoffman Funeral Home at Fifth and Cedar streets and will remain there for funeral services at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Burial will be in the Bloomington Friends' cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Margaret Etter, who died at her home, 514 Monroe street, Tuesday afternoon were conducted at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Hoffman Funeral Home by Elder Griffith Goddard, of the Latter Day Saints church. Burial was in the Friends cemetery Bloomington township.

Pallbearers were Andrew State, Edwin Ryder, William Reik, Philip Wagler, Herman Melton and Elmer Johnson. Those in charge of flowers were Mesdames Bertha Johnson, Belle Ryder and Lizzie State.
