DEATH SUMMONS FRANK ETTER, 64
Resident of City for 20 Years
Funeral Arrangements Indefinite

Frank Etter, 64, died at 2:25 A.M. today at his home, 1321 East Fifth Street, after an illness of two years with a complication of ailments.

Mr. Etter was born in Washington County, August 14, 1868. He married Miss Inza Fraze, near South English, Ia., April 10, 1890. Mr. Etter was a member of the Church of the Brethern here and had made his home here for 20 years. He was a retired farmer.

Surviving are the widow; five children, Samuel, John, and Mrs. Ruth Dean, all of Muscatine, Mrs. Mary Etter Webster, Kansas, and Mrs. Edna Blake, Iowa City; four half-sisters, Mrs. Sadie Miller, South English, Anna Unger and Miss Eva Etter, both of Indiana, and Maggie Brown (sic--Brower), California; two half-brothers, Ed Etter, Stanton, Ia, and Solomon Etter, Wisconsin; 18 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The body is at the Hoffman Funeral Home and will remain there for services, the time and date to be announced later.

The family requests that flowers be omitted.
