MUSCATINE, Iowa - Kristy 'Mimi' Munday, 42, of Muscatine, died Monday, March 16, 2009, at Unity Hospital.

Services: Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services.
Michael Rojas will officiate services. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be Roger Newsome, Michael Rojas, Richard Vickroy, Tim Othmer, Scotty Boyce and Tony Boyce.

She was born on Dec. 31, 1966, in Muscatine, the daughter of Loren Allison and Della Townsend-Schaffer. She was a homemaker and a waitress at the Hotel Muscatine.

She enjoyed going on rides, shopping, country music and especially spending time with her special friend, Doug Hathaway, her family and especially her granddaughter, Bailey.

She will be deeply missed by Doug Hathaway of Muscatine; three daughters, Teira Kopf and her fiancé, Tim Othmer, Danielle Lueth and Haley Lueth all of Muscatine; one granddaughter, Bailey Othmer; three sisters, her twin sister, Misty Corda, and her husband, Victor, of Branson, Mo., Amanda Newsome and her husband, Roger, of Muscatine and Christine Rojas and her husband, Michael, of Maryland.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
