DAVENPORT - Anna Marie Nagel, 86, of Muscatine, formerly of Davenport, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 1999, at the Muscatine Care Center.

Services will be at The Runge Mortuary & Crematory. Burial will be at the Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.

She was born on Oct. 29, 1913, in Durant, the daughter of John and Alma Niehaus Petersen. She married John P. Nagel on Sept. 28, 1941, in Davenport. He preceded her in death on May 21, 1987. She and her husband owned Nagels Poultry Farm in Davenport for 18 years retiring in 1960. She taught piano and was a bookkeeper for United Motor Co. in Wilton. She was a member of Liedertafel.

Survivors include her sister, Ruth E. Voelkers of Durant; a brother, Arthur M. Petersen of Durant; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard E. Petersen.
