TEEPLE STRICKEN WHILE VISITING TRI-CITY RELATIVES
Muscatine, la. -Funeral services for C. Floyd Teeplc, 59, 615 Jackson street, will be held at 3:30 p. m.
Monday in the George M. Wittich funeral home. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery. Mr. Teeple
was stricken with a heart attack while driving in East Moline Friday evening, with Moline relatives
at whose home he had been a guest.He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Teeple and was born Nov. 25,1889 in Wilton. He came to Muscatine about 50 years ago and has resided here since. He married
Hazel Essex Dec. 26, 1917, at Rock Island:Mr. Teeple was a Well driller. He was & member of the Moose and Eagles lodges in Muscatine;
Edward H. Bitzer post, American Legion, Muscatine; and the Elks, Moline.The widow and three brothers, Stephen, Moline; Clayton and Luther,
Rock Island survive. He was preceded in death by his parents,
and a sister, Mrs. Eva Lambert.
The body is in the Wittich funeral home where friends may
call today.
