GEROGE KOPF

George Kopf, 78, of Davenport, Fla., formerly of Muscatine and Tipton, died at 10:30 pm Saturday at Veteran's hospital near Davenport. He had been ill two years.

He was the son of the late George and Laura Kopf and was born in Muscatine. He operated a jewelry store in Tipton for several years.

Mr. Kopf was a veteran of World War I and married Pearl McGill of Muscatine.

Surviving are: one son, Norman Kopf of Davenport, Fla.; one brother, Arthur Kopf of Las Vegas, Nev.; and one sister, Mrs. Mabel Jones of Muscatine.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 pm Wednesday at the Haines City cemetery in Florida.
