WALTER DUTTON, AGED 63 YEARS, CALLED IN DEATH

West Liberty - Walter A. Dutton, 63, died about 5 pm Saturday at his farm home three miles north of West Liberty.

The son of Joseph and Anna Dutton, he was born Sept. 12, 1883, in Richland, Ia., and resided in Richland until 1919 when he moved to the West Liberty community. On Feb. 26, 1906, he married Ethel Gregory, who preceded him in death Feb. 26 of this year. He was a member of the Methodist church and of Mount Calvary lodge, A.F. and A.M.

Surviving are his aged mother, Mrs. Anna Dutton of West Liberty; two sons, Warren R. of West Liberty and Gregory of Los Angeles, Calif.; two brothers, Glen L. of Fairfield and Fred of Oxnard, Calif.; and two grandsons, Jay and Gene Dutton.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Tuesday at the S.C. Snider Funeral home with the Rev. L.L. DeFlon in charge. The Masonic Lodge will also hold rites. Burial will be in Oakridge cemetery.
